This frame is made from unravelled twisted paper.
It is very easy and simple to make and the result is amazing.
you will need :
card
crepe paper
glue
paints
fabris star motifs or star stickers
plate & saucer
pencil
scissors
craft knife
old toothbrush
1-twist the crepe paper & put it aside
2-draw around the plate onto the card
3-place the saucer in centre of the circle and draw around it
4-cut out the outer ring with scissors and then the inner circle using a craft knife , so you are left with a card ring.
5-unwind the twisted paper and wind it carefully around the ring until it is fully covered . stick the end down with glue.
6-dip an old toothbrush into paint and run your finger along the bristles so that a fine spray of paint lands on the frame.
7- stick the star motifs or stickers all over the frame .
If you like , you could stick a card backing circle on the back , leaving a gap in which you can insert a picture
